1. PURPOSE

  • Unauthorized Use: Any use of the service that deviates from its intended purpose, including but not limited to shopping or purchasing goods not defined as bill payments.


5. AUTHORIZED USE

  • Users are permitted to use the service only for the purpose of paying bills as approved by the service provider.

  • All bill payment transactions must be verifiable, documented, and comply with the terms and conditions of the service.


6. PROHIBITED USE

  • The service must not be used for any form of shopping or purchasing goods that are not classified as bill payments.

  • Any attempt to manipulate, alter, or bypass the restrictions on the service will be considered unauthorized use.

  • Sharing access credentials or allowing others to use the service in any unauthorized manner is strictly prohibited.
