Delete your Zirtue Account

Zirtue extends the option of deleting your account. You will no longer be able to use any of Zirtue's services and your account, and personally identifiable information will be deleted.

A user cannot delete their account in the following scenarios:
- The account has an active or pending loan(s)
- If the account holds a negative or positive balance
- If the account is undergoing an identity verification review
- If the account is flagged or in review by any of Zirtue’s third party partnerships or integrations

If your account has any of outlined scenarios addressed above, please resolve or allow us the time to resolve the issue before proceeding to delete your account. If you submit your account for deletion prior to a settled resolution, the deletion request will be rejected.

To request the permanent deletion of your account:

1. Press the Delete Account button below
2. Enter your name, email, and phone number
3. Provide reasoning for the deletion request along with confirmation of our terms

Please note that once your account is deleted, your data cannot be transferred to a new account. Please note we retain some account information and transaction data as necessary for certain purposes, such as fulfilling our legal obligations and fraud prevention. Once our period of review expires, all data will be deleted.
