How can I request a Bill Pay Loan from my family member?
You can start a Bill Pay Loan using the link provided by your biller. 1. Register an account. 2. Search for your biller. 3. Enter your bill details. 4. Choose the amount you need help paying. 5. Send the bill pay loan request to a friend or family member.
Does Zirtue send the approved payment to my biller?
Yes! Once a loan request is approved and funded, Zirtue sends the payment directly to the billing company on the borrower’s behalf.
Does Zirtue give out loans/payday advances?
No. Zirtue doesn’t lend money or offer payday advances. Zirtue is a peer-to-peer lending platform that helps people borrow and lend money with people they know and trust. When you create a loan through Zirtue, the funds come from your chosen lender (like a friend or family member), not from Zirtue itself.
Does using Zirtue affect my credit score?
No. Zirtue is not affiliated with credit bureaus at all. All loans made on the Zirtue mobile application platform are personal loans based on trusted relationships and are strictly between the lender and borrower.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a repayment fails or is missed, the loan automatically enters "Repayment Recovery" mode to help manage the situation, with our support team acting as a mediator.
What is the Zirtue service fee?
Zirtue charges a one-time 5% service fee on each loan to cover secure payments, repayment automation, and fraud protection. The lender pays this fee upfront, and it is repaid by the borrower along with the loan amount over the agreed repayment schedule.
